Referring a Resident
Saney's Phoenix Rising accepts referrals from case managers, hospital discharge planners, social workers, community organizations, and other referral partners.
To make a referral, use the form below or contact us directly. We respond promptly to all referral inquiries and will let you know about current availability.
Please note: Saney's provides housing only. We do not provide clinical services, behavioral health treatment, counseling, or case management. Any supportive services needed by the resident must be coordinated separately through the resident's existing providers, referral source, or community resources.
