Saney's Phoenix Rising charges a weekly rate for furnished shared housing. A refundable deposit is required at move-in. If a resident moves in on a day other than the regular weekly due date, the initial housing payment may be prorated.

Move-In Requirements
To move in, prospective residents will need to complete an intake process. Requirements are provided during the intake process. Contact us or have your case manager or referral partner reach out to begin.
- Completed intake application
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- $250 refundable deposit and first week's housing payment due at move-in.

If a room is available and the placement is a good fit, a move-in date is scheduled.

Pay the $250 refundable deposit and first week's housing payment, sign the required house rules and resident agreements, and complete move-in.
